Nadine worked as a night nanny for us 3 days per week from when our son, Luca, was 5 weeks old until 3 months. As first time parents it was very important to feel comfortable having someone else care for Luca and Nadine was a great fit from the start. Luca loved her, and she clearly really cared for him. Her arrival was always a huge relief as it meant we would get a good night’s rest knowing our son was in safe hands overnight. Nadine was always punctual, communicative and direct, whilst happy to take instruction and suggestions on the way we wanted to do things. That said, she did also have suggestions of her own from her experience, which was helpful to discuss. As Luca struggled in the early days with reflux and related feeding and sleeping issues we were particularly concerned about his comfort. Nadine stayed up with him for many hours in the early days comforting him and helping him to sleep. As his symptoms improved, she helped us establish a better night time routine. We were very grateful for her help in those early few months which were a life saver for us as exhausted new parents. We would recommend Nadine happily to anyone considering hiring her for their baby.
